Colombian Peaberry *Rare*

Peaberry coffee is a rare type of coffee bean that comes from a coffee cherry that only has one seed instead of two. Peaberries are smaller and rounder than regular coffee beans, and are often more acidic which contributes to a more complex flavor. 

Full bodied, medium acidity with bright, floral notes and somewhat fruity, with hints of cocoa and cinnamon. All bags are 1lb.
