  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or non-dairy cream)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew your cold brew 18-22 hours in advance
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries with simple syrup until smooth.

  3. Pour the cold brew into a glass filled with ice.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk or whip the heavy cream until it thickens slightly, then stir in the strawberry puree.

  5. Pour your strawberry cream into your cold brew
